William Ruto unveiled the Ksh 45 billion Intelligent Traffic Management System
in June, starting with a Ksh 7.9 billion phase covering 25 junctions and a
central control center.
The project aims to replace fixed traffic lights with adaptive AI that responds to live conditions, easing peak-hour jams and enforcing rules automatically.
