Megan Thee Stallion Wins Defamation Verdict Against Blogger Milagro Gramz.

A Miami federal jury ruled in favor of Megan Thee Stallion, holding blogger Milagro Gramz liable for defamation, emotional distress, and promoting a deepfake video. The case tied back to the 2020 shooting where Tory Lanez—now serving 10 years—was convicted of shooting her in the foot; jurors found Gramz coordinated with him to spread false claims. Damages started at $75,000 but were reduced to $59,000 by the judge, with Gramz still owing attorney fees on the deepfake claim. Megan testified the attacks left her feeling defeated, and the outcome could influence future cases against online harassers.
