Ukraine has
nearly exhausted its US-made Patriot interceptor missiles, failing to stop
recent ballistic strikes that damaged power plants in Kyiv and Kharkiv, killing
four and injuring 25. President Zelenskyy met NATO's Mark Rutte in Brussels to
push for greater air defenses, including interceptors and F-16 munitions, after
Russia launched around 1,000 drones since midnight.
Rutte stressed an energy ceasefire and ongoing NATO support via the PURL mechanism, as Zelenskyy warned of constant attacks on energy facilities and homes.
