 The ultimatum follows a May 28 High Court ruling that upheld CUE's sole authority over programme approvals, raising questions about pre-2013 'legacy' courses at these institutions. 

COFEK warns of a lawsuit if ignored and calls for a public register of accredited courses plus audits of health sciences programmes to shield students from regulatory risks. KMPDC lists both universities as approved for BDS training, but verification remains key amid the ongoing dispute.
