Iran Reports 30% Natural Gas Loss from U.S. Strikes Amid Ceasefire Pause

Spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani detailed the damage during a televised press conference, including a destroyed passenger plane at Bushehr Airport and strikes on other airports, bridges, tunnels, and tourism sites.

The losses come after 13 days of U.S. airstrikes that paused over the weekend, with President Trump now emphasizing sanctions, a naval blockade, and indirect talks mediated by Oman, Qatar, and Pakistan.

Iran seeks sanctions relief while the U.S. demands it surrender nuclear material; both sides hint at ceasefire possibilities amid deep distrust and economic strains like gasoline shortages.
