Kalonzo
Musyoka earned 879,803 votes in his past presidential run, while Sifuna pulled
811,826 in Nairobi alone during his Senate race, fueling comparisons of their
reach.
A recent online poll gave Kalonzo a slim 50.2% to Sifuna's 48.2%, just ahead of a planned debate, as Sifuna fans launch the Sifuna Online Defence Forces to counter misinformation.
Kalonzo said he'd back Sifuna for president if chosen, and many push for a joint ticket with hashtags like #KalonzoAndSifuna to unite regions and avoid splitting votes against Ruto.
