Moses Kuria Says Ruto Can Win 2027 Without Mount Kenya Votes

Kuria told Citizen TV viewers that Ruto could win with votes from other regions, calling any support from Ol Kalou—just 13 percent last time—a bonus.

He dismissed Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna's presidential hopes as a dead end and alleged Rigathi Gachagua and Uhuru Kenyatta back Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka in a 70-30 power-sharing deal.

Kuria challenged Gachagua to deny any pact with Ruto, while critics highlighted Mount Kenya's voter registration issues and questioned his take on the region's influence ahead of the August 2027 vote.
