Spurs have
reached an agreement in principle to bring in 26-year-old Senegal international
Ndiaye, who scored 17 goals in 73 games for Everton after his 2024 move from
Marseille.
The versatile attacker has approved a contract with Roberto de Zerbi's side and turned down Everton renewals amid interest from Manchester City.
Richarlison, who joined Tottenham for up to £60 million in 2022 and recently requested a move, is in talks for a return to Everton. The deals are separate, pending personal terms and medicals before the September 1 deadline.
