Zelenskyy Warns of Russia's 1,300 Ballistic Missile Capacity

Russia could produce up to 1,300 ballistic missiles a year but currently has 600 to 630, falling short of its 100-per-month goal, Zelenskyy said.

Ukraine is striking production sites and pushing sanctions to cut that number, while improving intercepts of cruise missiles—though ballistics remain tough—and seeking Patriot missiles from U.S. stockpiles.

Funding gaps hit $27 billion, with $8–10 billion needed now for defenses and more for salaries and families, as Zelenskyy urges parliament to unlock €30 billion in European aid.
