Kenya Confirms Four More Ebola Cases, Total Reaches Seven

Kenya’s Ministry of Health reported four new Ebola Bundibugyo cases among quarantined contacts, including a relative of the index patient who died and three caregivers aged 29 to 35. All are receiving supportive care, with 98.5 percent of 130 contacts traced and monitored, surpassing global benchmarks to stop spread.

Officials stress low public risk, no community transmission, and remind that Ebola spreads only through direct contact with infected blood or fluids not the air.
