On October 17, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, head of Uganda's defence forces and PLU chairman, shared the group's four principles: upholding Yoweri Museveni Thought, modernizing agriculture, industry, and the UPDF.
PLU officials like Executive Secretary Daudi Kabanda hailed it as their 'Four-Point Programme' for national transformation, with ministers and MPs praising the practical roadmap for unity and growth. The principles align with government priorities on production, security, and economic progress, amid ongoing PLU mobilization efforts.
