Beryl Achieng Odinga, daughter of the late Jaramogi Oginga Odinga and Mama Mary Ajuma, died Tuesday while receiving treatment at a Nairobi hospital. She was the youngest sibling in the prominent Luo family and once served as a town council clerk in Harare, Zimbabwe. This comes just over a month after her brother Raila Odinga's death from cardiac arrest in India on October 15. The family has requested privacy during funeral arrangements as Kenyans offer condolences across political lines.
