KNEC Launches Digital Platform for KCSE and KCPE Candidates to Download Certificates Online

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has introduced an online portal allowing KCSE and KCPE candidates from 1989 to 2025 to download digital certificates after identity verification and payment of KSh 1,200 plus VAT and fees, totaling around KSh 1,450.

The platform verifies user details against the Integrated Population Registration System (IPRS) and KNEC database using index number, exam type, and year.

Certificates are provided as PDFs with blockchain verification hashes, available for download for six months.
