On August 27,
South African police in Gqeberha's Central area launched Operation Ukubuza
after tips about drug dealing.
They arrested two foreign nationals, Kelvin Ike and Okeke Joseph Sunday, plus a 42-year-old on dealing charges, seizing dagga, tik, khat, cocaine, mandrax, cash, and paraphernalia from a Mercedes boot and nearby flat.
The trio appeared in court and face remand to August 31. Brigadier Loyiso Ngalo praised the team's work in disrupting local networks.
