Russia and
Ukraine completed a large-scale prisoner exchange on Wednesday, with each side
returning 103 soldiers in a "103 by 103" swap mediated by the United
Arab Emirates.
This marks the fourth stage of a broader
"1000 by 1000" effort, as Russian sources describe it, with Ukrainian
prisoners now entering their territory and Russians recovering in Belarus
before heading home.
