independent commission ruled Manchester City guilty of most of 115 financial
charges from 2009 to 2018, including disguised funding and inaccurate
reporting; the club has appealed. Arteta, who assisted Guardiola there from
2016 to 2019, stressed respecting the ongoing process and hopes it doesn't harm
the Premier League's standing.
Meanwhile, José Mourinho contrasted Arsenal's
