A court in Nakuru held a site visit as part of an inquiry into the disappearance of fisherman Brian Odhiambo.

A Nakuru court has carried out a site visit as part of ongoing investigations into the mysterious disappearance of fisherman Brian Odhiambo. The court-led inspection aimed to gather firsthand insight into the location where Odhiambo was last seen, in hopes of shedding light on the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.

According to reports, the court team—accompanied by investigators, witnesses, and legal representatives—visited the scene along the shores of Lake Naivasha, where Odhiambo is believed to have vanished several weeks ago.

The visit allowed the court to assess environmental conditions, possible evidence, and witness accounts that could be crucial to the inquiry.

“The site visit is a critical part of the fact-finding process,” one official noted. “It helps the court visualize events and better understand the testimonies presented.”

Family members of the missing fisherman expressed hope that the proceedings will lead to answers and justice. Odhiambo, known locally for his long fishing career, was last seen setting out on a routine trip before disappearing under unclear circumstances.

The inquiry continues as the court awaits additional forensic reports and witness statements that could help unravel the case.
