Nigeria's Raphael Onyeka scored early in the third minute, but DR Congo's Meschack Elia equalized in the 32nd, with no further goals in regular or extra time; DR Congo goalkeeper Lionel Mpasi saved two penalties, including from Alex Iwobi, while captain Chancel Mbemba scored the winner.
