inflation dropping to 4.6%, a stable shilling, and record maize production from
fertilizer subsidies.
He unveiled a Sh5 trillion, 10-year agenda
focused on health coverage, housing, food security, and creative industries,
including dualling 2,500 km of roads on 20 key corridors to cut transport costs
and boost trade.
