Lee Owino and his 48-year-old girlfriend checked into an apartment on Kindaruma Road on November 28, joined by a male friend for heavy drinking into Sunday morning. After the friend left, a physical fight broke out on the balcony; she told police Owino assaulted her first, leading to a struggle where she allegedly pushed him over the railing. He suffered fatal injuries on impact. Police arrested the woman, who had fallen asleep unaware, and are investigating the friend while awaiting autopsy results.
